An extract from a few paragraphs
; taken from this circular letter
says:
There are 126 persons in Arm-
strong County that are 65 years of
e-.ge and older, who will be eligible
for this $15 a month pension. You
will also find some worthless rascal
who wants to get rid of his
mother-in-law. an* have society
at large support his own mother.
Beware of these who rant over the
radio and rave from the rostrums
in behalf of the aged. They are
trying to trade pensions for votes
