If gasoline continues to soar
higher and higher, the factories
putting out automobiles will
have to close down. One of
our county officials told the ed*
itor the other day that he once
sold gasoline at 5 cents a gallon
and that the oil trust should
make the price now so our lo-
cal dealers could sell gasoline
at ONLY 5 cents a gallon. If
Coal Oil Johnnie continues to
raise the price of gas., auto
owners and the factories turn-
ing out automobiles, will press
the Government into handling
oils and the price will then be
cut to less than 5c a gallon. ,
