Os'oorn, Wilbur Cobb, F. B. Mas-
sie, Milton Davis, Floyd Wiegman,
Cleo Keeney and Floyd Crown-
over. A kitchen shower was given
by Misses Kay Wiegman, Virginia
Eoomer, Jo Carol Cobb and Betty
Ransom in the home of Mrs. Don
Ransom. The bride was also hon-
ored at a coffee in the home of
Mrs. Floyd Wiegman. Co-hostess-
es were Mrs. Wilbur Cobb and
Mrs. Floyd Massie. Guests in-
cluded members of the wedding
party. Mrs. N. R. Hutton, mother
of the bridegroom, was hostess at
the rehearsal dinner.

read in Baptist Church Saturday
The First Baptist Church of
Claude was the scene of the
marriage of Miss Linda Wink-
compleck, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. L. D. Winkcompleck of
Claude, to Nova Robert Hutton,
son of Mr. N. R. Hutton of Clar-
endon, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug.
25, 1962.
The double ring vows were read
by the Rev. J. J. Allison, Baptist
minister.
Miss Betty Ransom, organist,
played traditional wedding selec-
tions. Larry Jones, soloist, sang
"Whither Thou Goest" and "The
Wedding Prayer."
The alter was centered with an
arch decorated with wedding bells,
white gladioli and huckleberry.
Baskets of white gladioli and
wrought iron candelabra bearing
cathedral tapers interspersed with
schefflera plants and emerald
palms, completed the altar de-
corations. The reserved pews were
marked with white bows, white
carnations and huckleberry.
Candle lighters were Gayla
Hutton of Clarendon, sister of
the bridegroom and Gene Beard
of Albuquerque, cousin of the
bride.
Bridesmaids were Misses Jo
Carol Cobb and Virginia Boomer,
both of Claude. Maid of Honor
was Miss Kay Wiegman of Claude.
They wore identical dresses of
melon pink silk organza over
taffeta fashioned with a fitted
bodice and bell shaped skirt. The
headpiece was a circlet of melon
pink with a blush veil attached.
They carried cascade bouquets
of pink caranations in a contrast-
ing shade with the dresses.

bride. They wore pale pink or-
ganza over taffeta with melon
pink cumberbun and sash.
Billy Joe Hutton served as his
brother's best man and grooms-
men were Shelby Bell and Johnny
Rattan both of Clarendon.
Joe Winkcompleck of Claude,
Mike McCoy and Mike McLain,
both of Perryton and Neel Carter
of Clarendon, were ushers.
Given in marriage by her father
the bride was adorned in a floor
length gown of silk peau de soie
and Alencon lace. The gown was
fashioned with a fitted bodice
and long tapered sleeves that
came to a point over the hand.
The neckline was of scalloped
lace applique extending to the
sleeves and adorned with seed
pearls. The' skirt had side box
pleats with front panel of Alen-
con lace. A narrow belt like fold
and two bows accented the waist
line. The skirt back had panels
of lace and pleats that formed a
chapel train. Her veil of silk il-
lusion was attached to a tiera of
pearls with crystal drops. She
carried a cascade bouquet of
white roses atop a white satin and
lace covered Bible.
Fellowship Hall of the church
was the scene of a reception fol-
lowing the ceremony. Miss Bar-
bara McDowell, cousin of the
bride, registered the guests. Mrs.
Holland Westbrook, also a cousin
of the bride, furnished music at
the reception. Miss Carol Ann
Allmon and Mrs. Albert Thomas
presided at the reception table.

the couple will be at home at
