R. R. Moor was appointed Overseer on road from near Killis Walton's Gin to
A. B. Davis's; all hands within 1 miles of said road not apportioned on
other roads are required to work on same.
John B. Owens appointed Overseer on the road from Pulaski to Jordan's Mill
and following appointed for same road: W. Baker, John E. Anderson, John B.
Owens, A. B. Davis and Wily Powell.
A. B. Davis appointed Overseer of same road from Pu-laski to Socogee Creek;
all hands within 1 miles who aren't assigned to other roads to work same.
John Allison ordered to open road from where Port Caddo Road crosses county
line to the Marshall and Pulaski Road near his field; and said Allison hands
required to work said road.

Jacob H. Coots appointed Overseer of Pulaski-Logansport Road from Pulaski
to East bank of Socogee Creek. Hands: I. L. Gibbs, J. P. Gibbs, E.W. Gibbs,
R. K. Gibbs, P. F. Gibbs, William Coots, Thomas Coots, William A. LaGrone,
Willis Vaughan, Samuel McFadden and hands John McFadden, Andrew McFadden,
Edward Irons and A.J. LaGrone.
Court approved bond for Christopher Barbee as Constable. G. D. McJimsey was
granted $200.00 for surveying the county - $100.00 to be paid from 1846 funds
when they come in and $100.00 to be paid next year.
Court ordered that L. H. Dillard be paid $25.00 for organizing the county.
The Court decreed that claims against the County be accepted for county
charges of dues or taxes.
James A. Booker appointed Overseer of Logansport Road from west bank of Mill
Creek to the 4-mile post on the State Line.
J. H. Smith ordered Overseer of the Shepherd Road from the 4-mile post and
to the branch west of Newell Walton's.
Court ordered that a road be viewed out from Pulaski to Baker's Mill by:
J. B. Owens, John Baker, Johnnie Anderson, and A. B. Davis. Ordered that
Arch B. Davis be appointed Overseer of this road from Pulaski to Baker's Mill.
P. W. Anderson, Thomas G. Davenport, S. L. Davis, Thomas Miller, H. Turney
(?), as jury to view out a road from Vernon (Bethany) to Pulaski to be
reported at next court.
