Henderson HOWARD never married except to their widowed mother Pollie HOWARD.
No children were born to this marriage. Before their mother Pollie HOWARD
married Henderson HOWARD, she had 4 children: Affiants Bob JOHNSON and Carter
JOHNSON, Laura WELLS, Ed JOHNSON who died several years ago unmarried. So far
as they know or have heard, Johnnie HOWARD and Jim HOWARD are the only persons
who claim to be children of Henderson HOWARD.

Miss.
Affiants have known Miss Jennie JENKINS for more than 20 years and her family
connections. She died at Tyler, Texas having never married and having no
children. Affiants believe she died intestate. Her father and mother died
before her and she had no living brothers or sisters, and only 4 brothers and
sisters left any children or grandchildren surviving. They were:
Robert P. JENKINS who predeceased her and left children Mrs. Mary SEMMES
and Mrs, Louise JENKINS WALL.
Mrs. Sallie G. DUNLAP who predeceased her and left J.H. DUNLAP, D.G.DUNLAP,
