cocktail punch, and coffee

China appointments.

Mrs. Don Ballard and Mrs.
Jessie Ballard, mother and
grandmother of the bride-
groom; also Mrs. Joey
Ballard III from Crosbyton,
Mrs. Paul Raines of San
Bernardino, Calif, and Mrs.
Wayne Bufkin of Lubbock.
The honoree's mother,
Mrs. Ben Richardson, was
unable to attend due to the
illness of her father.
The hostess gift was a
blender.

Miss Paris Stanley was
honored Sunday with a
party observing her third
birthday. The event was
held In the home of Paris'
parents, Mr, and' Mrs.
Cotton Stanley.

she weighed 6 pounds and

Methodist Hospital in Lub-

The Ogles have a two-
year-old daughter, Amy.
Mrs. Ogle is thfe former
Judy Davis.

of Haskell is the maternal
great-grandmother.

Holly Jo has a two-year-
old sister, Lara LeAnn.
Hallman formerly coached
and taught in Crosbyton
High School. His wife also
was a teacher in the local
public school system.

The couple exchanged
vows In the patio garden of
the bride's parents, at 6
p.m. Friday, Sept. 3.
Their attendants were
Mrs. Elizabeth Stines of
Long Beach, Calif., arid
Michael Peterson, the
bride's brother.
Joseph Peterson, another
brother of the bride, was
usher. Members of the
houseparty were Mary
Updegraft, Lynda Marlee
Young and Joan Turbevllle,
all of Orange County, Calif.
The bride's dress was a
floor length white crepe
gown, with set in waist
band, v-neckline accented
by three inch heirloom lace
with matching lace around
bottom of the dress. Caplet
sleeves were trimmed In
matching baby lace. The
cathedral length three-
tiered veil and train were
accented by seed pearls
and appliqued roses.
For something old, was
the wedding dress, new
was her veil, borrowed was
a pearl necklace from her
mother, and she wore a
blue garter.
The bride Is attending
college In Garden Grove
plans to enter L.V.N.
training soon.
The bridegroom is a
graduate of Crosbyton High
School, attended Texas
Western College, and is in
the U.S. Navy with the
Nuclear Power Program. I
