NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN To the
public and all interested persons
that under the authority of Title 3,
Oil and Gas, Subtitles A, B, and C,
Texas Natural Resources Code,
and Chapters 26, 27, and 29 of the
Texas Water Code, the Railroad
Commission of Texas will hold a
hearing on MARCH 6, 1990, at 9:00
a.m. at the William B. Travis State
Office Building, 1701 N. Congress
Avenue, Austin, Texas. The hear-
ing will be conducted in conformity
with the Administrative Procedure
and Texas Register Act, TEX. REV.
CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 6252 13a
(Vernon Supp. 1988). For room
assignment, on the date of the
hearing please check the bulletin
board located in the 1st Floor lob-
by. Persons planning to attend this
hearing are urged to contact the
applicant (see service list) im-
mediately prior to the hearing date
to be sure that the hearing will
proceed on the scheduled date.
This hearing will be held to con-
sider the application of Jones Com-
pany for approval of the Green-
Williams (Moran) Unit Agreement
and approval of a permit to inject
water for secondary recovery
operations.
Applicant has 100% sign-up of
the working interest and 98% sign-
up of the royalty interest.
If a continuation is necessary,
this hearing will proceed at the
William B. Travis State Office
Building, 1701 N. Congress Ave-
nue, Austin, Texas, and, to the ex-
tent possible, on subsequent work-
ing days. The room number and
exact time of the continuation will
be announced on the record in this
proceeding and recorded with
Docket Services, Legal Division,
Railroad Commission of Texas.
PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING,
the Commission will enter such
rules, regulations, and orders as in
its judgment the evidence present-
ed may justify.
Any request for postponement
of this hearing must be received no
later than four (4) working days
prior to the scheduled date shown
above. Copies of such request
