Dr. Frank ffrane, in his "Ten Ways
to Test the Fineness of a Man," says:
"You may know the Superior one by
these marks:

that his pleasures are more of the mind

to serve. The common crowd loves to
be served.

pleasures. He has pleasures as everyone

The staff must be active, wide-awake
for news. Every bit of the work must
be done outside of school hours and also
study hours. The Megaphone staff is
working, not so much for financial gain,
but for pure love for journalism. We
have attempted to give you the best

President Horn appeared before the
Conference and made a very fine impres-
sion; The appropriation to Southwes-

vance of the appropriation last year,
and it wonld have been more had there
been the money available.
A notable feature was the presence of
Bishop Dickey. He was elected in May,
and this was his to ond Conference. He
made a splendid impression as a man of
fine, brotherly spirit; He is to be with
lis at Southwestern at some time during
the sehool year.
