stated she was a married woman, and departed this life on or about 26th day

Witness: A. A. Hunt, W.H. Park both of Smith Co. Property mentioned in will - lands in
Smith, Kaufman, Tarrant and Palo Pinto counties, purchased from Ira Ellis, when in
bankruptcy. Land in Hunt Co. purchased from B.F. Montgomery. Land in Archer Co.
Headright of Antonio Balle. Records state death occurred May 24th 1878, and that he
lived about one mile east of the Court House at Tyler, Smith Co. TX. Will proved 30th
May 1883.
