that if any Tire Fails because of Such Defect, We will either Repair the 'lire or Make a Reason-

The AJAX GOLD BOND tire purchased under this contract is WARRANTED for eighteen months,
while used in passenger car service, against Blowouts, Cuts, Bruises, Wheels out of Alignment, Lnder-
inflation, Accidents and any other road hazards that may render the tire unfit for further service. In
the event of any such condition arising, the tire will be repaired at absolutely no charge to the owner; or
if not repairable, it will bo replaced with a new casing at a cost based upon the unexpired, term of this
contract. The replaced casing will be fully warranted by this Performance Contract for the unexpired
term thereof.
This PERFORMANCE CONTRACT is backed by all the resources of the AJAX RUBBER COMPANY,
INC., and its terms will be fulfilled upon presentation of this contract by the owner to any authorized
AJAX Franchise Dealer or to any AJAX RUBBER COMPANY, INC., Branch.
The user of the AJAX tire warranted by this contract agrees to give the tire proper care, to refrain
