riage at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Sep-
tember 39. 1992 at the First Bap-
tist Church in Peacock.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Ronnie Patterson of Knox
City. The groom is the son of Letha
Walters of Haskell and Bill Mullen
of Aspermont.
The Rev. Larry Neal of Benjamin
officiated for the double ring cer-
emony.
The bride wore a whi-te brocade
satin gown with a chapel train.
Lace and beads accented the fitted
bodice with bows on the short
puffed sleeves. The hat, designed
and made by .the bride, featured a
layered veil, held in place with a
white : ilk flower, baby's breath
and beads.
She carried a bouquet of silk
white and pink roses, maroon for-
get me riots, with white, pink and
maroon cascading ribbons. She
wore a white pearl necklace with
matching earrings. She carried her
mother's Bible with a lace cover
made by the bride's maternal"
grandmother. The bride's mother
had carried the same covered Bible
in her wedding, Thebrideilsohad
her mother's six pence in one shoe
and ii penny from the year of her
birth in the other, given her by the
groom's brother
Maid of honor was Rhonda.
Wbitten of Alpine She wore a
maroon brocade satin tea-length
dress and "carried a single pink silk
rose tied with cascading pink rib-
bons.
The best man was Scott Ponder
of Hamlin.
Ushers were Jim Bob Mullen,
brother of the groom from Asper-
mont, and Clay Patterson, brother
of the bride of Knox City.
Ernest Ntal from Wichita Falls
was the pianist.
The mother of the bride wore a
maroon two piece suit. The mother
of the groom wore a mint green
two-piece dress; Step mother of
the groom wore a fuschia dress
accented with gold buttons. They
wore silk corsages of pink roses,
maroon forget me nots and baby's
breath trimmed wit It maroon rib-
bon.
The reception, hosted by the
bride's parents, was held in the
Stonewall County Activity ('enter
in Aspermont.
The bride's table was covered
with a white lace table cloth and
pink underlay. The bride's bouquet
along with a musical silver toast-
ing cup served as the centerpiece.
The two-tiered cake, made by the
bride's mother, was decorated with
pink and maroon roses. The cake
top, trimmed ill pink and maroon
flowers, rope, and miniature horse
shoes, also featured the cowboy
groom and bride.
The groom's table was covered
in natural burlap accented with
blue bandanas. A small hay bale
decorated wit h mult 1 colored straw
flowers and rope along with pho-
tographs of the bride and groom as
children served asthe centerpiece.
Miniature hay bales with black
hats, straw flowers, and boot
conchos also decorated the table. A
German chocolate cake in the
shape of Texasi with Aspermont
marked by a star served as the
groom's cake.
Jennifer Hodges, stepsister of
the groom, served at the bride's
table. Rebekah Boone of Wichita
Falls served punch and Sherri Yar-
borough of Lubbock servced cake
at the bride's cake.

lin printed with the bride and
groom's names and the wedding
For going away, the bride wore
jeans, blue T-shirt and red West-
ern jacket. Following a wedding
trip to Ruidoso, New Mexico, the
couple is at home near Peacock

NOTICE
The City of Albany has two Ordinances regulating
control of dogs and cats within the Albany City limits,
which are summarized below:
The citizens of Albany are protected by. law against (1)
are not kept on the owner's property within fenced enclo-
sure.
The following laws apply:
1. Any dog or cat running loose on streets, alleys and
properties within the City of Albany will be caught and put in,
the City Pound where the animal will be kept for four (4)
days.
2. An ownerthat reclaims an impounded dog must show
proof of tags and must pay a fee of $5.-00 for each day the
animal has been impounded. If the animal has no tags then
the owner must pay for vaccination costs before the animal
is released.
3 Any animal not .reclaimed by its owner within four (4)
days shall become the property of the City of Albany and
shall be placed for adoption in a suitable home or humanely
"put to sleep".
4. Any person violating any provisions of the City's
Ordinances regarding dogs and cats will be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less
than $5.00 nor more than $200 00. If any violation contin-
ues, then each day's violation will be a separate violation.
Mr: Bobby Russell, City Manager, Albany, has made an
agreement with Dr. Gary Fambro that any unwanted dog or
cat can be delivered to .the City at Dr. Fambro's office on
Wednesday, October 14 and on October 21 . No charge will
be made to anyone that delivers either a dog or cat to the
City at Dr. Fambro's office on these days
