MORROW, husband of SALLIE H. MORROW, June 3, 1850 - October 8,
1892.
Sallie MOON MORROW is buried in a cemetery in the Morse Community
(near Okemah), Oklahoma. Descendants says Sallie was staying with
her relatives when she died.
Sallie MOON MORROW'S brother, John MOON, a bachelor lived and
farmed with David and Mattie (HALL) MORROW. John MOON was
instrumental in getting David and Mattie MORROW selling their farm
in the New York Community and moving to Oklahoma for about three
years. Jimmie Lou MORROW a daughter of David and Mattie was born in
I.T. in 1906, but her sister Sophronia was born in the state of
Oklahoma in 1908. While there, David MORROW farmed and was a deputy
marshall in the territory and later a deputy sheriff in the state.
