Mrs. Darwin Hess, newly install-
ed president of the Woman's Soc-
iety. presided over the June busi-
ness meeting when this group met
in Fellowship Hall Monday morn-
ing. Following the business meet-
ing. the program was 011 Student
Work by -,Mrs„- W. T. Briscoe and
-Mrs/ John Blevins. The program
pointed up what the Methodist
Chinches can do, and are doing,
for the many, many college stu-
dents while they are away from
their home church.
Vacation Church School will be-
gin in the Methodist Church Wed-
nesday. June 24'. It will continue
through July 3. but will not have
clas.ses on Saturday. Sunday
School classes will be on Sunday
All boys and girls, kindergarten
through jiinior age, are invited to
