It is unnecessary for us to say
anything in behalf of the firm of

Ilolrnan & Newton are this
week putting the finishing touch-
es on the fixings in their new of-
fice in the Lankford building.
They have two rooms on the
southeast corner and believe
they have the best location in the
building. Next the street is the
main office. Behind this is the
library and sanctorum, as it
were, where private matters can
be discussed. This library con-
tains the most important books
which a lawyer needs, in fact
all that are necessary. Put in
handsome book cases they show
up imposingly. With the knowl-
edge of these books which the
members of the firm have they
are well oquipped for practice.
Their practice is good and con-
tinually increasing.
Bembry Sold.
B. P. Bembry, one 'of Level-
view's best citizens, has sold his
farm of 160 acres to C. L. Storres
for $21 per acre, or $3360. The
deal was made through .he firm
of Lankford & Rhody. Mr.
Storres is from the Panhandle
and has been in this section sev-
eral months. Mr. Bembry
vouches for his being a good man
and says we have lost nothing
by the swap. This country has
been too wet the past few years
| for Mr. Bembry and he intends
I to move to southwest Texas.
| We regret very much to lose him
and his family, and yet we must
recognize that while this coun-
| try seems a little dry to some
! people, with others it is too wet.
(Best wishes with Mr. Bembry.
