WORKOUTS EACH DAY.
Wash poisons and toxins from
system before putting
food into stomach.
Wash yourself on the inside before
bieakfast like you do on the outside.
This is \astly more important because
the skin pores do not absorb impuri-
ties into the blood, causing illness,
while the bowel pores do.
I\>r evjry ounce of food taken >to
the sumach, nearly an ounce of waste
material must be carried out of the
oody. I: this waste is not eliminated
day by day it quickly ferments ard
generates poisons, ;>as';s and toxins
\vh:?n are absorbed or «ucked intj the
blood stream, through the lymph ducis
vHcli should suck only nourishment.
A splendid health measure is to
drink, before breakfast each day, a
glass of hot water with a teaspoonful
of limestone phosphate in it, which
is a harmless way to wash these poi-
sons from the stomach, liver, kidneys
a-iH bowels; thus cleansing, sweeten-
ing and freshening the alimentary
canal before c iting more food.
A quarter pound of limestone phos-
phate costs but very little at the drug
store, but is sufficient to make anyone
an enthusiast on inside bathing. (Adv.)

WE ARE WILLING FOR U
THE PUBLIC TO DECIDE
Webster and Winston—two authorities say—A PIONEER is "one who goes before
and prepares the way for others"
We therefore submit the following records which substantiate our claim of having been first to establish Palmer Chiropractic in
San Antonio; and the further claim that our wonderful results in removing the cause of disease were directly responsible for the persons
who would now claim to be pioneers, taking up the study of this wonderful science.
Read What the Court Records Say.
This court record shows some of the hardships suffered
by us while establishing the Science of Palmer Chiropractic
•in this city but Chiropractic was right, therefore, it still lives.
