Conn., writes on May lti, 1883: "It is
with leelinij of gratitude, and a desiie to
beixfitmy fellow-man that I write you
these few lines as testimony to the value
of the greate. t of all medicine*. Eight
years have 1 been a sufferer irow kidney
disordei and inflammation ot the bladder
'Sometimes when passing water the pains
were terrible, a scald ng burning een?i>.
Hon. with retention of urine, with sharp
pains in my side, 'loins, and bask, tend-
ing Hear to the 'back of my head tend
ed to mrke life miserable. 1 have been
treated bv a number of our be?t physi-
cians, and have used any number ot pro-
prietary medicines, ail to noavil, obtain-
ing no relief. How long 1 would haye
continued in this way I do not know; in
act I despired of gettirg relief, until a
neighbor, who had been very much benefit
ed by the use of Hunt's Kemedy, advise
me to trv it; and, although I had no faith
that it would reach 1*7 ca*»- yet as ho
► poke BO hiebly of its great merits, 1 de-
cided to &iveit a trial, and its use has been
attended with the \eiy I l possible re-
sults. Twelve hours after taking the fa ret
dose I experienced relief. I continued
en in its use until I liad used five bottles,
when all the pains bad vanished, my
otherwise good health returned, and L am
free f rom all pains, and am a well man.
I am confiident my cure lias resulted
