Sunday night at the Santa Fe
saloon Joe Armenian, night watch-
man over in the 4th N^ard, aud Sec-
tion Boss Dick Miller, of the Houston

which Joe Armenian received a very
black eye and a badly bruised face
and was forced to yell enough, even
though his antagonist Dick Miller
was a crippled man, having been hurt

another racket.
It seems that Joe Armenian was
out Hudeavoring to paint the city a
deep crimson and it was reported that
this was not bis only difficulty, and a
reporter called at his residence oil
church street to ascertain the particu-
lars of the other.
He was lying down with his head
tied up, but pulled the baudayo off
and came out to the gate to meet the
reporter, and notwithstanding the
fact that his face was badly bruised
up, he said the little light didn't
amount to anything aud that he aud
his antagonist made friends after it
was over, and that he didn't have
any other difficulty, but notwith-
standing his protestations of inuo-.
cence Julius Radke made complaint
against him in Justice Ewing court,
charging hinr with assaulting liim
with intent to murder, alleging that
Joe Armenian shot at him two or
three times, one of the balls striking
his leg and the other scraping his
head.

Hear what the patrons of the
Metropolitan Milk Company say
about the milk : Ouo says it is ahead
of anything I ever saw. Another, it
is so clean, pure and rich it is a real
treat. Auother, it is so uniform aud
keeps so well. Another, it is the best
I ever saw iu the South. Auother,
one enjoys your milk more than any-
thing oue ever had in tbe house.
Another, it is far ahead of anything
one ever had from our own cows.
Another, it is the only milk I ever
saw that I could drink that would
agree withme.it is doing me good,
and sure euougti. although a matrou,
it has giveu her the bloom of youth.
I cannot say enough iu praise of your
milk, it is Himply delicious, aud cold
or hot, rain or shine, it is always on
time.
But space and time woultl fail us
did we attempt to give you oue half
the praises we are getting for otir
milk, aud if you think that a lively
maginatiou (on our part) is responsi-
ble for any ot the above, we will on
application refer you to scores of our
patrons that will say more in its
praise thau our modesty would per-
mit us to say, or better still, drop us a
line to Hox^Tl and wo will present
you with a trial bottle or two and
then you can take your owu testi-

that there is room at the top, so we
