demand being a suit to dissolve the

of his cruel treatment of her, such-ill
treatment being of such a nature as to
render their living together insupport

for four consecutive weeks previous to
the return day hereof, you summon
John Andrew Werner, William
Henry Werner, Robert E. Lee Wer-
ner, Frank Sublett Werner, Jefferson
Davis Werner, and the unknow heirs
of Joseph Werner, deceased, whose
residence is unknown, to be and ap-
pear before the honorable, the District
Court of Cooke county, Texas, at the
next regular term thereof, to be hold
en at the court house in tho City of
Gainesville, on the sixteenth Monday
after the aecond Monday in July, A
D. H89, then and there to answer the
plaintiff's petition filed in a suit in
said court on the 26th day of Septem-
ber, 1889, wherein Jot Gunter is
plaintiff and John Andrew Werner,
William Henry Werner, Robert, E.
Lee Werner, Frank Sublett Werner,
Jefferson Davis Werner, and the un-
known heirs of Joseph Werner, de-
ceased, are defendants. File number
thereof being 3569, and the nature of
the plaintiff's demand being an action
of trespass to try title to recover a part
of the John Bamett league of land in
Cooke county, Texas, said part being
1704 varas in width of the west side of
said league.
This writ is returnable on the first
day of the next term of court, to-wit:
On the 28th day of October, A. D.
1889. •
