Finnish Relief Fund
Two more contributions to The Ban-
ner’s Baylor county Finnish relief
fund during the past week swelled
the total collected here to $1050.

The Wichita Falls Coyotes won the
first annual Seymour Invitation bas-
ketball tournament here last week-
end, when r.iey defeated three oppo-
nents to emerge unbeaten In the elim-
ination event.
The Coyotes downed the Holliday
Eagles In the final game Saturday
night by a score of 30 to 20 to prove
that they were not over rated in be-
ing ranked tournament favorites.

The organization voted to appro-
priate funds from the treasury to pay
registration fee for the Troop com-
mittee, and they will start out In
a regular set up. And it is expected
that tnc new troop will be registered
as soon as It Is formed. Eight boys
are already pledged as members, and
a full troop of 32 Is anticipated with-
in a short time. Members of the

tend a training school for Scouters
which will be put on here Friday
