Separate proposals will be re-
ceived on each building, but the
proposal forms are drawn to cover
both buildings, being so arranged
that bidders may bid on either
building or both buildings; in ad-
dition, the proposal forms are so
prepared that separate bids will
be received for each building as
follows:

3. Heating and Ventilating
4 Electrical Work
All proposals must be accomp-
anied by Bid Bond, Cashier's check,
or Certified Check in an amount
of at least 5% of the total bid.
Checks shall be made payable to
Mr. James F. Lester, President.
The successful Contractor will be
required to furnish satisfactory
Surety Bond in the amount of
100% of the contract price.

reject any or all bids and to waive

with and conform to all labor laws
of the State of Texas and the vari-
ous acts amendatory and supple-
