BALSAMIC CHICKEN

4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 Tsp Caldo De Polio Bouillon Concentrated
1 Clove Garlic
Granules
Salt
1/4 Cup Low Fat Chicken Stock
Pepper
Olive Oil- About 3-4 Tbsp (Enough To Cover
About 6 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Bottom Of Skillet, Plus 2 More Tbsp For
1 /4 Tsp Rosemary -Dried And Crumbled
Vinegar Mix)
Between Fingers
1/4 Cup Cilantro Without The Stems
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Rinse and dry the 4 chicken breasts. Salt and pepper both sides. Set aside.
2) Add 3-4 tbsp olive oil to pan and heat to medium high. Add chicken breasts to
hot pan. While browning on one side make vinegar mix.
3) In a bowl. Add vinegar, Caldo de Polio granules, rosemary, a smashed garlic
clove, and two tbsp of olive oil. Mix around thoroughly dissolving the granules.
4) Turn chicken over and brown the other side about 2 minutes.
5) Take the four pieces of chicken out of the pan. De-glaze with 1/4 cup low-fat
chicken stock - scraping around pan.
6) Put the chicken and the juices back into pan and pour the balsamic mix over
the chicken. Cover and reduce heat to medium.
7) Cook slowly for another 10 minutes.
8) Open lid and add cilantro to the top of each piece, and turn down the heat to
medium-low. Cover cooking another 6-8 minutes.
