MY RESOLUTIONS
My resolutions for 1966 are
to make better grades and be
happy all the time.
I want to enrich my mind with
much more knowledge.
I want to be a bright, intell-
igent, and above average stu-
dent.
If I want to be happy all the
time I will have to remember
how to smile instead of frown.
I must remember that it takes
72 muscles to frown and only 14 to smile.
Rebecca Minor

I RESOLVE
I resolve to start using my
allowance more wisely. I get
twenty-five cents a week and
I plan to save fifteen of it at
least. I’m not going to blow the
whole quarter at once, but save
part of it so when I find some-
thing I want I can buy it.
Pam Perrin
MY RESOLUTIONS
My resolution for 1966 is
the same as it has been every
year.
I will try to be a better per-
son, sister, daughter, friend,
citizen, and to help others. I
always have started with much
enthusiasm, but, as we all do,
I tend to forget my resolve.
So each year I put in one
other resolution. This resolu-
tion is to keep my other re-
solutions.
If I keep my resolutions, it
will help me become a worthwhile adult, and make
my life more meaningful.

RESOLUTIONS
I detest all wrong deeds of the
past and I firmly resolve to
abide by these resolutions to
make 1966 a better year:
1. I resolve not to speak out
of turn and eliminate all rude-
ness in my school life.
2. I resolve to quit treating
my brother like he is a fight-
er. I must realize that a two
year old cannot take the punch-
es I playfully give him.

At the risk of being tabbed a
heathen, I would like to observe
that 1965 produced one tangible
bit of knowledge about the com-
munists, to wit: Give ’em an inch
and they’ll take a mile.
Rather, declare a Christmas
holiday for war and the Viet
