Dallas last Thursday to the bed-
side of her sister, Mrs. Cora Dickson

at the St Paul’s sanitarium. Mrs
Lewis came home Saturday even-
ing and reports her sister’s condi-
tion much better.

improved. He is able to sit up now.
A crowd of little boys were playing
(Hi the pike. Lawrence not seeing
the approaching auto, ran in front
of the car, the fender hitting him in
the stomach, throwing him back-1
ward on the pike, the back of his
head receiving hard blow, rendering
him unconscious for several hours.

Vincent were married Wednesday
nighL Dec. 18. The bride wore a
dress of bale blue silk and George-
ette crepe. Miss Alma Hamric was
bride’s maid and Guy Scruggs was
best man. Dec. 24, Miles Sinks and
Miss Vona Morris were quietly mar-
ried, and on Dec. 27, Carl White and
Miss Nellie. Kimberly were* married.
