Seminole’s annual Hoy Seoul
Halloween carnival is scheduled
for Saturday niglil in the county
livestock slum barn, with mem-
bers of Troop 705 ready to offer
fun and entertainment for all the
city.
The carnival will include 17 dll
ierent game booths, manned by
Scouts, and a concession stand
will offer candy, popcorn balls,
coffee, hoi chocolate and Cokes
Proceeds front the carnival will
he used to finish the Scout hut,

Dr. Frank K. Royal of Abilene
lias accepted a calf to the pastor-
ale of Seminole’s First baptist
Church.
Royal will move to Seminole
next Wednesday to begin his new
duties. He and his wife will make
their home in the church’s par-
sonage at 3112 SW 14th SI They
have two grown daughters.
The new Baptist minister comes
to Seminole from Soutli Side Bap-
tist Church in Abilene, where lie
has been the pastor for the last 14
years. Me previously was minister
of the First Baptist Church of
Willow Springs, Mo. for three
years.
