Kids have fun fishing;
tourney raises $2,000
About $2,000 was raised and
lots of fish were caught at the
eighth annual Hope Devlin Kids
Fishing Tournament on Saturday,
Aug. 6.
The tournament is sponsored by
the Port Aransas Kiwanis Club.
Three grand prize bicycles in
each of the three age categories,
0-5,6-10 and 11-16 were awarded.
Second prizes were bay fishing
trips on the Island Queen, and third
prizes were boogie boards.
Small bikes were prizes for the
anglers catching the smallest fish
for anglers in the 0-5 category.
Winners announced by tourna-
ment organizers were:
