Stuffed Acorn Squash
Ope’"’packet. Crackets;*’ crushed,
% Cup water. 2 cups chopped
cooked ham. 1 tablespoon prepared
mustard, 14 teaspoon pepper, 2
eggs beaten, and J acorn squash.
Crush crackers, stir in remain-
ing ingredients. Cut three acorn
squash’ in half lengthwise. Remove
smis. aad.iill'cavity with stuffing
Bake in covered dfSh in moderate
oven (350) one hour, or until
squash is tender. Makes six serv-
ings.
