Margaret Alltoon Moody and hus-

Plaintiffs allege that on the
2nd day of June, A. D. 1947,
Margaret Allison Moody was law-
fully seized and possessed of the
North half of Section 72, Block
K-S, situated in Deaf Smith
County, Texas, and on said date
the defendants and each of them
unlawfully entered upon said
premises and ejected said plain-
tiff therefrom and unlawfully
withholds from said plaintiff the
possession thereof; that the
plaintiff, Margaret Allison Moo-
dy, claims the fee simple title
to said premises by mason of
the fact that she has been in
peaceable and adverse possession
of said land under title for a
period of more than three conse-
cutive years immediately pre-
ceding the 2nd day of June, A.
D. 1947; that said plaintiff,
claims the fee simple title to
said premises by mason of the
fact that she has had and held
the possession of said property
in peaceable and adverse posses-
sion. using, cultivating and en-
joying same for a period of more
than five consecutive yearn im-
mediately prior to the 2nd day of
June, A. D. 1947, and has so held
and claimed said land under a
deed conveying the same to her
and has paid all taxes as they
matured for more than fire years
Immediately preceding the 2nd
day of June, A. D. 1947; that said
plaintiff claims the fee simple
title to said premises by rea-
son of the (set that she and her
immediate grantors and the per-
son or persons under whom they
claim the title to said land and
premises had and held the peace-
