Notes

Top-Notch was published irregularly for about eight years, from 1961-1968, under the auspices of Pi Chi, or the "HPC Progressive Club" and Howard Payne College. It was designed to be a student literary publication and was open to submissions by all currently enrolled students. The editors and sponsors were primarily journalism students, and Miss Tessica Martin, a well-known journalism teacher at Howard Payne for many years.
