SAX ANTONIO. Texas. November V
Nat B Jones who was recently shot
and killed earned a unal of $11500 of
life Insurance. He also owned the Cas-
tle on St. Miry s sreet. which Is valued
at 83f.W. There was also other per-
aonal proierty of considerable value. A
conservative estimate of the value of
the Jores estate fies It at between
000 and S'.m. Samuel Belden. named as
temporary executor. Is now making an
Inventory but is rot ready to make his
final report.
The Iif insurai -e carried by Jones was
divided into five policies. He has policies
f fcfon in favor of Nat B Jones. Jr.
one of IWO Hi favor of Ms wife and one
for 83O00 in favor of his estate. He also
carried U-V" i'i the .Merchants Life of
Burlinpton. Iowa One policy for S20O0
was taken out in favor of his wife and
the other JOj i:i favor of Nat B. Jones
Jr. A few weeks ago the policy for
SiW tn favor of his wife was transferred
to his fatter.
The Castle on St. Mary's street was
Mr. Jones' most valuable realty holding.
Only a few wesf aso he refused $27009
for that pioperty. His library and other
personal property n 111 amount to several
thousand dollars.
The question of the disposition of tha
!tfe Insurance made In favor of Mrs
Jones may not be adjusted until after
the trial Is had on the chire of murder.
The habeas corpus hearing of Mr. Fay
Heard Jones has been set for Wednesday
at 2 o'clock p. m. In The Thirty-seventh
district rourt. At tlmt time the Uoe of
defense to be taken by the accused wUl
probably he outlined. Th !tiiionjr will
probably be along the line given In The
Post of Thursday morning. TLe tHpllcs-
tloo for a habe-is corpus hearing; was
filed Thursday at noon.
The attendant physielans said Mrs.
Jones passed a very bad day. The ex-
citement following the filing of the ha-
beas corpus proceedings caused her to
auffer a slisrht relapse.
The physicians report she had a slight
fevpr. was very snoai and had not
slept well.

.Which CanJJever Be Cured by tha
Use of Atorr iters. Douches Snuffs
or Other Local Treatments.
Long ago physicians found out that
the very prevalent disease called catarrh
was not primarily a local trouble but
a systemto or constitutional blood dis-
order Instead. For many years befon
(his discovery people nere In the habit
of using all kinds of local applications in
their efforts to cure the catarrh and
they never succeeded in obtaining more
than temporary relief.
When the blood Is absolutely pure ca-
tarrh can not exist but when it become!
filled with Impurities through faulw
elimination the mucous membrane whirl)
lines all (he Internal oricans of t lie bodv.
and normally secrete a clear soothing
fluid becomes Inflamed and the mucus
fluid changes to an Irritating poisonous
excretion.
People In this climate are very mii'h
subject to catarrh of the throat and nose
especially In the winter months and the
lining membrane of the air passages o-
comes congested and inflamed and this
logetlier with an Impoverished condition
of the blood produces the flow of moroid
catarrhal secretion
When the blood Is Impure. It not only
sends out the cxccsh of Impurities through
the pores In th shape of bolls pimples
and carbuncles etc. but very often
disseminates them through the mucous
membrane also and the result is a ca-
tarrhal condition. In view of the for-
KoIiik facts the absurdity of attempting
to cure catarrh tiirough local applica-
tions should be apjkrent to all.
STl'A RT'S C.VLCIl'M WAFERS the
great blood-cleansing remedy has bee.i
the means of curing- thousands of cases
of catarrh when all other remedies bo. i
local and general have utterly failed.
The reason Is simple and easily explained.
These little wafers contain CAUCIl M
SUI-PHIPK. and other powerful alts-
natlves and blood-purlflers which cleanse
the blood current so thoroughly an I

Surltlea so efficiently that the catarrhal
teease has nothing to live upon and

plaint Is cured In a marvelously short
time.
Stuart's Calcium Wafers have long en-
joved the reputation or Deing me met
powerful blood-cleaning skln-dlsease re
moving and catarrn cure in existence.
Persons who "catch cold" easily and
who are subject to any of the well-known
symptoms of this complaint such as ex-
cessive secretion of mucus In the throat
and nasal cavity hoarseness snuffle;
coughs frequent sneeslng. etc.. should
use this powerful blood remedy and bv
purlfvlng the system absolutely rid
themselves permanently of catarrh as
well as of pimples bolls blackheads car-
buncles and other external Indications of
Impoverished alood.
