In further reference to our conversation today before your Board,
v/e submit the following figures for the installation of piping and in-
stallation of burners and equipment at your Lutheran College at
Austin, Texas:
We propose to install a gas burner in your Kewanee
boiler of suitable size to carry the heading load
in your building complete with St. Control for

Also a burner for hot water heating of sufficient
size to give ample hot water for

Piping inside your grounds, 5^0 ft. of 4*' pipe and
400 ft. of 2" pipe to reach the two residences, one
occupied by your President, for the sum of

I think that v/e explained to the Committee’s entire satisfaction
on the matter of service that there could be no question as to your
receiving an adequate supply of gas at all times, owing to the fact
that we intend to serve you from our new 6" high pressure line which
ha3 just been installed on Red River Street.
As a further matter of record, would like to state that all of
the Eleemosynary Institutions in Austin, in addition to the leading
hotels, resturants, Y.M.C.A., and other institutions have been using
natural gas for the past two years with entire satisfaction.

noon and our desire to be of any further assistance, I am,
