sion on the Installation and removal
rates which tbe city commission will al-
low the Dallas Telephone company to
charge subscribers in Dallas will prob-
ably be announced Monday it was said
at citv ball Saturday following the end-
lngof the hearing by the commission
r The commissioners admitted that the
company had established indisputable
proof of its moral right to make such
charges by introducing a letter from a
former mayor conceding the right. Tbe
former mayor was tbe official who ne-
gotiated the franchise under which the
company is operating. The only ques-
tion now in what amounts the company
.shall be allowed to charge. These rates
will be embodied in the report expected
Monday.
