Vincent Riley and Wanda Sue Walters of Wylie have
announced the approaching marriage of their daughter, Victoria
Suann Walters, to Justin Karl Rose Jr. of Wylie.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Wylie High School and
is a registered medical assistant for a pediatric office in Frisco.
The prospective groom is the son of Karl and Linda Rose of
Wylie. He graduated from Wylie High School in 2006 and is
working with an electrical company in Piano.
The wedding is planned for 6:30 p.m. March 6 at Myers Park
in McKinney. A reception will follow.
The couple would like to invite all friends of the family to
join their celebration.

Hannah Mosley and Chad Wigington
Mosley, Wigington
to exchange vows
Jerry and Lucia Mosely of Lufkin have announced the
engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter,
Hannah Mosely, to Chad Wigington of Wylie. He is the son of
Wayne Wigington of Wylie and Trudy Wigington of Wylie.
The bride-to-be graduated from Stephen F. Austin State
University with a degree in interdisciplinary studies and is a
second-grade teacher at the School of Liberal Arts and Science
in Dallas.
The prospective groom graduated from Texas A&M with a
degree in economics. He is employed at K.E. Andrews in
Rowlett.
The wedding is planned for Feb. 13 in Lufkin.

Naquin celebrates
centennial birthday
Antionette Naquin of
Lavon, formerly of
Raceland, La., celebrated her
100th birthday Jan. 21 with
her family.
Mrs. Naquin lives with her
daughter, Bertha Valentine,
in Lavon. Her family said
she enjoys family time with
her grandson Gary Valentine
and his wife Rebecca, great-
grandson, Trent and her
great-granddaughter, Valerie
Valentine Standridge and her
family.
Mrs. Naquin is also the
proud mother of three,
grandmother of 10, great-
grandmother of 18 and great-
great-grandmother of seven.

FBC Wylie to offer
marriage conference
First Baptist Church Wylie
will be one of the host church-
es for the Focus on Marriage
Conference by Focus on the
Family to be held from 8:30
a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 27.
The local simulcast will take
place at FBC-Wylie's Event
Center, 200 N. Ballard Ave.
Registration is $25 per per-
son through Sunday, Jan. 31.
After Jan. 31, cost will be $35
per person. Registration dead-
line is Feb. 21.
"This is an opportunity for
First Baptist to host a confer-
ence to help empower and
encourage couples to help
them stay faithful in their mar-
riage," said Dr. Derek Draper,
FBC's spiritual formations pas-
tor. "This simulcast is one way
we can help strengthen mar-
riages in our church and com-
munity."
According to information
from the church, "conference
attendees can expect to receive
a unique spiritual perspective
not found at any other marriage
conference; inspiring testi-
monies from those who've
overcome serious marital
struggles; the opportunity to
recommit lives and marriages
to Christ; and encouragement
for mentoring others and how
to get started."
