Adámek Benefit Dance'
Dear Members and Friends,
The members of Lodge 47 wish to
thank all of the people who attended
the Benefit Dance for the Adámek
Family; also to those who sent in eon-
tributions for this worthy cause.
We are vary grateful to the follow-
ing musieians for the fine job they
did: Vrážel Polka Band, Ray Baca’s
Orchestra, Fabulous Six, The Versa-
in Crescent Valley Cemetery in Vic-
toria County. Sister Schiller was a
member of SPJST Lodge No. 68, Nel-
sonville.

Henry Polášek, 69, passed away in
Dime Box on Jan. 30th. Burial was in
St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Dime
Box. Brother Polášek was a member of
SPJSt Lodge No. 13, Dime Box.

Joe Orsag, 80, passed away in Scott
and White Hospital in Temple on Jan.
30th. Interment was in Bellwood Me-
moriál Park near Temple. Brother Or-
sag was a member of SPJST Lodge No.
47, Seaton.

Albína Ptáček, 80, passed away in
Bryan on Jan. 18. Sister Ptáček was a
member of SPJST Lodge No. 9, Snoofc
tiles, Temple Rhythm Masters, and
Otis Beck and His Hclody Five. Many
thanks to the members and non-
members, who in many different ways,
heiped to inake this good cause pos-
sibie. Due to all this cooperation, a
tutal of $1,347 was turned over to Mrs.
Jeny Adámek and Deborah on Friday,
at Scott and White Hospital, where she
is still recovering from the accident.

Taylor on Feb. 4th. Brother Richter
