Dear Brother Editor, Sisters and Broth-
ers :
Some of my grandchildren told me to
write to the Vestnik’s English section as
they cannot read the Czech.
First, I would like to say that our last
Lodge Meeting turned out nice. It made
me feel happy to see such a nice group
of members come out to our Meeting.
Please come again!
In our last meeting we had the In-
stallation of newly elected Officers for
the coming year. Brother Frank Hanuš
performed the rites. Some of our older
members writing in the Czech section
of our Vestnik say it was very nice.
I am happy to say that our Lodge has
four nice lady officers. They are: Sister
Kuder, our Financial Secretary, Sister
Strana 17
Cech, our Treasurer, Sister Matějka is
cur Youth Director of District I; and the
ether Sister Matějka is our own Lodge
Youth Leader. These two last named
ladies are sisters who married brothers.
At our Lodge we háve a nice group oť
working members and I am sure we
stiall all keep on working together in our
nice new Halí.
The first part of this New Year, we
had two dances in our Halí. They turn-
ed out fine!
All of our members are very proud of
our new Lodge Halí and we all hope
tliat we shall pay off the debt on it reál
soon. Please, sisters and brothers, leťs
keep working together as we háve been.
and we are certain to háve sueeess.

of you that I am working and trying my
best for our Lodge and our SPJST Or-
der.
Now, Cindy and Butch, if you read
this letter, be sure to write to us as
