Tornádo wind
oh how it blows
destruction reigns
on those below,
they hear its whine
and whistle blow
them freight train sounds
bring death in tow
On the ground
nowhere to go
can’t hide from devil
tornadoes,
little children cry
in halls they go
but walls cave in
on those below
Then folks cry out
in their hearts know
they can’t forget
this terrible blow,
that ugly wind
did come and go
nothin’ like this
been seen befo
People return
but all they know
was swept away
by tornadoes,
what was their town
is gone and so
pray to dear God
oh please no mo.
