THE STATE OF TEXAS
To the Sheriff or any Constable of
Carson County, Greeting1: -
You are hereby commanded to
summon F. 0. Baker, B. F. Baker
and R, F. Baker by making publica-
tion of this Citation once in each
wedk for four successive weeks pre-
vious to the return day hereof, in
some newspaper published in your
County, if there be a newspaper pub-
lished therein, but if not, then in the
nearest County where- a newspaper
is published, to appear at the next
regular term of the County Court of
Carson County, to be lioiden at the
Court House thereof, in Panhandle,
Texas, on the Third Monday in May,
A. D. 1929, the same being the 20th
day of May, A. D. 1929, then and
there to answer a petition filed in
said Court on the 27th day of Feb-
ruary, A. D. 1929, in a suit, number-
ed on the docket of said Court as No
S73, wherein Lewis Hardware Com-
pany, a private corporation, is
Plaintiff, and F. 0. Baker, B. F.
Baker and F. F. Baker, a co-partner-
ship, are Defendants, and said petit-
ion alleging that heretofore, to-wit:
On or about the 26th day of March
A. D. 1929, plaintiff, at the special
instance and request of defendants,
sold and delivered to defendants
certain goods, wares and merchan-
dise, amounting to the sum of Two
Hundred Forty-eight and 05 | 100
Dollars; that defendants then and
there promised to pay plaintiff so
t much money as said goods, wares
and merchandise were reasonably
worth; that said goods wares and
merchandise were reasonably worth
said sum of money. That said ac-
count is past due and unpaid, and
defendants, though often requested,
have hitherto failed and refused and
still refuse to pay same or any part
thereof.
Wherefore, plaintiff prays the
court that defendants be cited to ap-
pear and answer herein, and upon
hearing that it have judgment for
its debt, interest and costs, and for
such other and further relief as it
may be entitled to.
Herein Fail Not, and have you be-
fore said Court, at its aforesaid next
regular term, this writ with your re-
turn thereon, showing how you have
executed the same.
Given Under My Hand and the
Seal of said Court, at office in Pan-
handle, Texas, this the 11th day of
April, A. D. 1929.

of section 44, block 4, I&GNRR Com-
pany survey in Carson County, Tex-
as; said property being levied on as
the property of the said C. C. Hen-
dershot to satisfy a judgment
amounting to $208,23 in favor of the
said O’Neal Abstract Company, a
corporation, and costs of suit.
