WEDNESDAY
The regular meeting of the D. O.
A.’s was held at the home of Miss
Dorothy Dodd Wednesday afternoon
with a good attendance. This eluh
if composed of High school girls.
A business session was held and
an initation will be held Friday night
after which a radio concert will
be given at the home of Miss Mar-
jorie Brown.
The rooms were attractive with
red roses and ferns which were
placed at vantage points about the
rooms given over to this pleasing
hospitality.
Refreshments of sandwiches and
a tea w ere served at a late hour. The
club will meet Monday afternoon
with Miss Mary Nan Foreman imme-
diately after school. ' „

Circle No. 4 of the First Baptist
church met Thursday afternoon at
the home of Mrs. Will Hogg with
nine memebrs and one visitor pres-
ent. Three new members were re-
ceived in this circle.
Mrs. Hillsman led the devotldnal
and Mrs. Hare taught the lesson.
Mrs. J. C. ' Robinson was elected
leader at the meeting Thursday, aft-

During a pleasant social hour, the
