ernor Hogg stated to the Chronicle
correspondent that he was receiving
letters from all parts of the state in-
viting him to doliver addresses I
receive four and five in nearly every
mail and it convinces me that the
people have not lost interest in the
political welfare of the state That
is the way the big exgovernor ox
presses himself and the report looks
as if the people want to hear him dis-
cuss the issues of the day
This shows that By Gatlins is
much closer to the people than some
people imagine and if they are not
careful and watch their fences they
are liable to wako up some morning
and find a political revolution already
touched off It has been known for
years that be has a good grab on the
woolhat crowd and recent dovlop
ments demonstrate that ho is still on

spare
