The State of Texas,
County of Archer.
Whereas, by virtue of certain alias exe-
cution isausd out of the County Court of
Wheeler County, Texas, on the 30th day
of October, A. D. 1931, wherein D. E. Holt
is Plaintiff, and O. V. Snider, J. A. Snider,
J. R. Blair and W. B. Wheeler, are De-
fendants, on a judgment rendered in said
court against said Defendant and in fagor
of the said Plaintiff, for the sum of Three
Hundred Seventy-seven and 86-100 Dollars,
with interest thereon at the rate of 10
per centum per annum, from date of judg-
ment, together with all costs of suit; I have
levied upon and will on the 5th day of Janu-
ary, A. D. 1932. between the hours of ten
o’clock a. m. and four o’clock p. m. at
the Court House door of said County, pro-
ceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder,
all the right, title and interest of 0. V.
Snider and J. A. Snider in and to the fol-
lowing described property, levied upon, to-
wit;
Same being an undivided 1-24 interest in
all Oil, Cas. and other mineral rights be-
longing to O. V. Snider in and to the
following described property, also undi-
vided 1-24 interest in all Oil, Cas, and other
mineral rights belonging to J. A. Snider
in and to the following described proper-
ty, to-wit:
First tract, the East 120 acres of Texas
Emigration and Land Company Survey No.
2601, Abstract No. 633.
Second tract, all of Texas Emigration
and Land Company Survey No. 1899, Ab-
stract No. 579 and containing 320 acres.
Third tract, all that portion of Texas
Emigration and Land Company Survey No.
1898, Abstract No. 578, lying west of the
Highway and containing 55 acres.
Fourth tract, all of Blocks Nos. 21, 22
•ad 24 of the J. Sanders Surrey, Abstract
No. 643, except the west 60 acres of
Blocks Nos. 21 and 24 which is claimed
by 0. V. Snider as his homestead.
Fifth tract, the North 47 acres of the
R. Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 1129, all
of the above land being situated in Archer
County, Texas, as same appears in Book
144, page 562, Deed Records of Archer
County, Texas.
The above sale to be made by me to
satisfy the above described judgment for
$377.86 in favor of Plaintiff, together with
all costs of suit and sale, and the proceeds
applied to the satisfaction thereof.

sale issued out of the District Court of
Wichita County, Texas, on the 30th day
of November, A. D. 1931, wherein Fred M.
Cates*is Plaintiff, and George L Pace, W.
M. Cook, J. H. Davidson. Mrs. R. K.
Humphrey, P. A. Wiley and Don T. Haynes,
trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of
Thomas D. Humphrey, are Defendants, on
a judgment rendered in said conn against
said Defendants and in favor of the said
Plaintiff, for the sum of One Hundred
Ninety-eight and 90-100 Dollars, with in-
terest thereon at the rate of 6 per centum
per annum, from October 1, 1930, together
with all costs of suit; I have levied upon
and will on the 5th day of January, A. D.
1932, between the hours of ten o'clock a.
m. and four o'clock p. m. at the Court
House door of said County, proceed to sell
for cash to the highest bidder, all the right,
title and interest of the above named De-
fendants in and to the following described
property, levied upon, to-wit:
All of Blocks One Hundred Twelve (112)
One Hundred Thirteen (113) and the
West Forty (40) acres of Block One Hun-
dred Fourteen (114) of the John W. Har-
ris subdivision of the Club ranch, a* shown
by the Plat thereof, recorded in the Deed
Records of Archer County, Texas, Book
41, page 139.
The above sale to be made by me to sat-
isfy the above described judgment for
$198.90 in favor of Plaintiff, together with
all cost* of suit and sale, and the proceeds
to be applied to the satisfaction thereof.
