That Plaintiff has been a bona
fide resident of the State of Tex-

gorda County for six months next
before the filing of this suit; that
Plaintiff and Defendant were law-
fully married on or about Septem-
ber 27, 1943, and continued to live
together as husband and wife until
■on or about the 6th day of June,
1958, at which time Plaintiff and
Defendant separated and since that
time they have not lived together
-as husband and wife.
That to the marriage of Plain-

Bix children.
Whereof, Plaintiff prays that
Defendant be cited to appear and

bearing Plaintiff have judgment of
divorce dissolving the marriage

simple of the following described
lands and premises, situated in
Matagorda County, Texas, to-wit:
2.584 acres of land out of the
I. & G. N. R. R. Survey 3, Block 4,
Abstract No. 269, in Matagorda
County, Texas, and is a portion of
the land deeded to Franklin Cas-
tello by R. W. Fullwood, Deed of
which is recorded in Vol. 9, on
Page 292, Deed Records of Mata-
gorda County, Texas, and is more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set
where the center of Live Oak
Street in the City of Bay City
would intersect the south line of
the above mentioned Castello tract,
said stake is 730 feet north and
1497 feet east of a concrete mark-
er at 12th Street and Avenue “K”
in the City of Bay City, Texas:
THENCE East 311.2 feet along
the south line of the Castello tract
to its southeast comer;
THENCE North 301.7 feet along
the east line of the Castello tract
to the northeast corner in the north
line of I. & G. N. R. R. Survey 3,
Block 4;
THENCE West 311.2 feet along
the north line of the I. & G. N. R.
R. Survey 3, Block 4, same being
the north line of the Castello tract
to a stake set in line with the
center of Live Oak Street for
northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE South 361.7 feet to the
place beginning, containing 2.584
acres of land, more or less.
That on the day and year here-
inabove mentioned. Defendants un-
lawfully entered upon said prem-
ises and ejected Plaintiff there-
from, and unlawfully withheld
from her the possession thereof, to
her damage of Twenty-five Thous-
and ($25,000.00) Dollars.
Plaintiff further pleads under
three (3), Five (5), and Ten (10)
year statute of Limitation.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES
CONSIDERED, Plaintiff prays
judgment of the Court that De-
fendants be cited by publication to
appear and answer this petition;
that Plaintiff have judgment for
the absolute title of the above de-
scribed land and premises, and that
a write of lestritution issue and
for her damages and costs of suit,
and for such other and further
rePef, both general and special,
in law and in equity, to which she
may be justly entitled.

By virtue of authority vested in
me by the City Council of the City
of Palacios, Texas, I hereby call
an election to be held in the said
City of Palacios in the City Hall
on the first Tuesday of April, 1961,
the same being the 4th day there-
of, for the purpose of electing three
Aldermen for terms of two years
each.
The election shall be held under
the general laws of the State of
Texas providing for the election
of City Officers.
All persons qualified to vote un-
der the general laws of this state
and who are residents and citizens
of Palacios are qualified to vote at
this election.
Mrs. G. G. Hope is hereby ap-
pointed presiding judge of said
