dent property taxpaying voters of
Road District Number Five of San
Patricio County, Texas, who own tax-
able property in said District ami
have duly rendered the same for tax-
ation’, praying that an election be
ordered to determine whether or
not bonds of said District shgll be
issued in the sum pf One Hundred
Twenty-five Thousand ($125,000.00)
Dollars, for .the purpose of the con-
struction, maintenance and opera-
tion of macadamized, graveled or
paved roads and turnpikes, or in
aid thereof, within said Road Dis-
trict Number Five of San Patricio

That at said election, the fol-
lowing proposition shall be sub-
mitted !
PROPOSITION: Whether or
not the bonds of said San Pa-
tricio Opunty Road District
Number Five, to be known as
“SAN PATRICIO COUNTY
ROAD DISTRICT NUMBER
FIVE. ROAD BONDS,” shall be
issued in the amount of 'One
Hundred Twenty-five Thousand
($125,000.00) Dollars, to bear
interest at the rate of not ex-
ceeding five and one-half per
centum (5i7c) per annum, and
to mature at such time or tim-
es as may be deemed most ex-
pedient by the Commissioners’
Court of San Patricio County,
Texas, but not exceeding thirty
(30) years from tly?ir date, for
the purpose of the construction,
maintenance and “Operation of

That said election shall be held
under the provisions of the laws

That all voters desiring to sup-
