lette was the real business manager of the
concerts alre uly given in aid of the Pub-
lic Library ot Kentucky, he and he is
hereby authorized to take the place made
vacant by the death ol said Hramlf tte. in
the man me t of the affairs of the fifth

shall positively and unequivocally take
place on that day without any lurther
