A postponement of the Fifth Concert
of the Public Libra*y of Kentucky has
been so generally anticipated, and is so
manifestly for the interest of all con-
cerned, that it must meet the approval of
all. The day is now absolutely lixed and
there will be! no variation from the pro-
gramme now announced. A sufficient
number of tickets had been sold to have
enabled us to have had a large drawing
on the 31st July, but a short postpone-
ment was consideied preferable to a par-
tial drawing. Let it be borne in mind
