The nature of said suit be-
ing substantially as follows, to-
wit:
For title and possession to
and of lots numbers fifteen(15)
and sixteen (16) of the subdi-
vision of Block No. (11) of the
Lindsey Addition to tire City
of Jacksboro, plaintiff plead-
ing lawful possession by him,
and unlawful entry by the de-
fendants and ejection of plain
tiffs, and for partition of the
property should it be found
that plaintiff is not the owner
of the full interest therein;
That plaintiff holds title by
conveyances from heirs of
Nannie Draper, to-wit: L. E.
Ryder, W. C. Ryder, and Mar-
ords; and notice given that
these deeds of conveyance will
be introducted as evidence on
the trial hereof; and that any
and all title held or claimed
by defendants is held or claim-
ed by them as heirs of the
said Nannie Draper, deceased.
Issued this the 12th day of
May, 1948.

SOUTHWEST INDUSTRIAL
EXPOSITION
The Southwest’s booming
garment industry will he sym-
bolized in the exhibits of at
least a dozen representative
clothing manufacturers at the
First Annual Southwestern In-
dustrial Exposition in Fort
Worth from May 30 through
June 6.
One of the most virile of ‘the
many industries which have
moved to the Southwest during
the current shift of industrial
operations, garment maufact-
uring census listed but 41 gar-
Southwest in towns large and
small. In 1940, the manufact-
uring censue listed but 41 gar-
ment factories of all types in
Texas. Today the industry es-
timates there are 500 factories
in Texas alone.
A summary of the year’s
work and a report of the State
Convention held in Austin on
May 3rd were given by Mrs.
Lloyd McCloud.
The ceremony of the installa-
tion of officers for the new
year was conducted by Mrs. T.
T. Stuart, charter member of
the club. The officers are:

dent; Mrs. L. G. Caskey, vice-
president; Mrs. G. C. House,
Jr., secretary; Mrs. B. B. Jones,
corresponding secretary; Mrs.
