any property owned or controlled by
him. to become unclean or in any man-
ner out of repair, or in such condition
from auy cause as to render it dan-

a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be punished by a tine not
exceeding one hundred dallars: pro-
vided, that the cost of cleaning or re-
pairing such sidewalk shall be propor-

or cause to be stopped, any railway
engine or car across any street, alley,
road, or crossing, within the corporate

a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be punished bv a fme
