away from home when babysitter
was there, officer spoke to child

p.m.: Speak to officer, 400 blk
Fleming, concerning welfare of a
tenant in apt. complex, officer
responded and made contact with
office personnel, no report at this
time. 8:12 p.m.: Theft, 300 blk Hill-
top, dog taken out of front yard,
subjects were contacted by officer,
animal returned home, no report
filed. 8:53 p.m.: Animal complaint,
1000 blk Hwy 78, dog in neighbor-
hood, tied up under house and bark-
ing, officer responded to the call
and was unable to locate the animal,
neighborhood appeared quiet, no
report. 9:51 p.m.: Loud music, 600
blk Andersonville, juveniles out in
street by a vehicle with stereo play-
ing loud, when officer arrived at the
location, subjects were gone on
arrival, no report. 11:23 p.m.: suspi-
cious circumstance, 5th St./Ceme-
tery, dogs in neighborhood were all
barking and he thought something
was going on in the field behind
him, officers responded and made
contact with subject in cemetery, no
damage, no report. 11:27 p.m.:
Noise disturbance, 600 blk Ballard,
several people were being loud in
the yard behind her and had a very
bright light shining in the yard, offi-
cer responded and issued a verbal
warning, no report.

12:28 a.m.: Criminal mischief,
200 blk Jena SFMHP, R/P advised
that someone had come onto her
property and used black paint to
write “666" on her driveway and
drew a black line w/paint through

her address on curb, no report
taken. 1:29 a.m.: Major accident,
Hwy 6, 2 mi from Hwy 78, one
vehicle roll over on Hwy 6, request-
ed the Nevada FD in case of need
for Careflight landing zone due to
severity of injuries, NFD dis-
patched. 1:50 a.m.: Assist other
agency, 2400 blk St. Paul Rd., bur-
glary in progress and needed back-
up from Wylie PD for the deputy
that was enroute. officers responded
to assist CCSO. 8:24 a.m.: Minor
accident, Ballard/Marble, two vehi-
cles involved in minor accident, no
injuries. 8:58 a.m.: Suspicious cir-
cumstances, 1000 blk Hwy 78, resi-
dent is supposed to be out of town
but the windows are open and ceil-
ing fans are on, officer checked,
subjects had returned home, no
report. 1:21 p.m.: Suspicious per-
sons, 500 blk Kylie, two unknown
subjects knocked at residence's
door, when she didn't answer they
attempted to open door, located &
identified. 2:00 p.m.: Arrest, Com-
merce/Post Office subject arrested
for outstanding PD warrants. 6:18
p.m.: Domestic disturbance, 1000
blk Hwy 78, speak to officer con-
cerning argument with sister and
grandmother, officer responded and
spoke to the juveniles and grand-
parent, no report at this time. 7:08
p.m.: Fight, 1000 blk Hwy 78, sub-
jects fighting with son, officers
responded, suspects gone on arrival,
report taken for Class C Assault.

8:37 p.m.: Juvenile problem, 500
blk W Oak, neighborhood kids were
on the property of a home, up on the
roof, officer responded and talked
with several juveniles and gave ver-
bal warnings. 9:30 p.m.: Criminal
mischief, 700 blk Norfork, neigh-
borhood child had admitted to
throwing rocks at his vehicle and
damaged windshield and body of
vehicle, R.P did not wish to file
charges, information report only.
10:00 p.m.: Suspicious vehicle,
Church of Christ parking lot, Red
Camaro occupied by four was
parked for an extended amount of
lime, officers made contact with the
subjects, no report. 11:03 p.m.:
Domestic disturbance, 100 Spence
Dr., received 911 call, party left the
line open, subjects hung up phone,
call back to residence indicated a
possible domestic disturbance, offi-
cers responded, no violence, issued
a verbal warning, no report. 10:45
p.m.: Speak to officer, Wylie PI)
lobby, concerning problems with
neighbor, officer advised of legal
rights, R/P did not wish to file
charges at this time, officer took mi
info report only.
1)8/10/94 - Wednesday
12:20 a.m.: Suspicious circum-
stance. 200 blk Picadilly. several
dogs began barking in neighborhood
and thought that something might be
going on outside, officers responded
and checked the neighborhood,
unable to locate problem. 12:49
a.m.: Escort subject to car, R/P con-
cerned for her safety due to two
employees that had been fired and
wanted an escort to car after work,
officer arrived and subject was
gone on arrival. 12:59 a.m.: Suspi-
cious circumstances, 100 blk Glen
Knoll, r/P advised thru all the dogs
in the neighborhood began to bark
at the same time and she thought
someone was outside, officers
responded and were unable to
locate reason for barking dogs.
1:45 a.m.: Transfer prisoners.
Garland PD, two subjects arrested
on separate traffic stops in Garland
on WPD warrants ready for P/ll,
subjects transported to WPD for
booking. 2:24 a m.: Suspicious cir-
cumstances, 100 blk Glen Knoll,
dogs began Nuking in Ml IP again,
officers responded, owner of dogs
contacted and asked to keep ani-
mals quiet, officers found no prob-
lem in neighborhood, no report.
2:24 a.m.: Juvenile problems 500
blk Stoneybrook, five juveniles
lighting objects mid throwing them,
officers responded and spoke with
kids and parent, issued verbal warn-
ing. 7:21 a.m.: Criminal mischief,
100 blk Carriage House, unknown
subject cut waterhose that was lay-
ing in the front yard, officer made
contact, no report. 8:44 a.m.: Major
accident, Hwy 78/Eastfork bridge,
report of major accident made on
cellular phone, area checked,
unable to locate. 9:44 a.m.: Speak
to officer, Wylie PD phone, regard-
ing letter received from unknown
neighbor, referred to postal service,
no report. 10:33 a.m.: Funeral
escort, 1st Baptist Church to ceme-
tery, escort made. 12:40 p.m.: Bur-
glary/building, 700 blk Cooper Dr.,
unknown subjects entered storage
building and removed property,
report taken 1:15 p.m.: Stranded
motorist, FM 544/Regency, vehicle
broke down and female subject
with small child walking toward
