celebrate their 60th Anniversary on October 24. The
Levines were married in Fort Worth by Rabbi
Abramowitz. Their children are Mrs. Leonora Seltzer and
I Gerald Levine. Grandchildren are Robert Seltzer of Dallas,
| Kathy Seltzer, Austin, Dr. Jerry and Adrienne Lithman
[nee Seltzer], Mr. and Mrs. Richard Levine, and daughter,

begin with a reception and

Brett Alan Schackman,

Bar Mitzvah on October 25,

with a Shabbat dinner given
by grandparents, Mr. and

Dallas Chapter Hadassah Meeting Oct. 28
Dallas Chapter of Hadas-
sah President, Sylvia Lus-
key, has announced that the
Chapter’s opening meeting
promises to get the 1980-81
year off with a flourish.
Program Vice-President,
Janice Friedman, has sched-
uled an exciting “visit” with
nationally known talk-show
host, Charlie Rose, as the
highlight of the October 28
meeting. Promptly at 11:30
a.m. a delicious brunch,
catered by Zella Sobel, will
begin the activities of the
day in the Zale Auditorium
of the Jewish Community
Center.
After lunch, a short
business meeting will be
followed by Hadassah’s ver-
sion of “The Charlie Rose

Chicago.” His background
includes stints in banking,
industry and the legal
profession.

members of Hadassah and
guests are welcome. Charge
for the brunch is $5.00.
