became the bride of William
Sperling Ruben of Columbus,
Ohio, at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at
Ahavath Sholom Synagogue.
Rabbi A. J. Brachman and
Rabbi Isadore Garsek offici-
ated.
Parents are Mr. and Mrs.
Louis Ruben of Columbus and
Mr. and Mrs. Leon Brachman
of 3720 Autumn Drive.
Miss Kathleen Rail and Mrs.
Melvin Rice were honor at-
tendants. Miss Diana Susskind
of New York, Miss Susan Was-
serstrom of Columbus, Miss
Laurie Barnett, Miss Wendy
Brachman and Miss Janet
Small were bridesmaids.
Best man was Donald Ru-
ben of Columbus. Richard
Frankel, Reid Wasserstrom,
Rodney Wasserstrom, all of
Columbus. Donald Kasle of
Kansas City, Mo., Arthur Sa-
fer Jr. of Cincinnati, Melvin
Rice. Marshall Brachman,
Joel Rosenthal, Lou'is Levy Jr.
and Lawrence Ellman were
ushers.
The bride’s gown of petal
white taffeta with tapered
sheath front was accented
with Alencon lace.
She attended the University
of Wisconsin and the bride-
groom was graduated from
Miami University in Oxford,
Ohio. He is a member of Zeta
Beta Tau.
After a trip to San Fran-
cisco, the couple will live in
Columbus.

birth Friday of a daughter,
Kelley, at Harris Hospital.
They have a son, Marc, 3V2
