Alumni Association held ac the
High school auditorium, Friday,
May 9th 1913.
At 8:45 o’clock the Pres. Dr.
H. C. Eckhardt called the meet-
ing to order, the secretary being
absent, 0. W. Ehlers was elect-
ed secretary protem.
Motion was made by Gus Nau,
seconded by R. W. Eckhardt to
organize permanently, the mot-
ion was carried.
It was moved and seconded to
make all temporary officers, per-
manent, until the next regular
election.
The president appointed R. W.
Eckhardt, Aug. Dahme and Al-
bert Kraege to draft the consti-
tution and by-laws.
Motion was made by Albert
Kraege, seconded by J. W. Hoff
to have the regular monthly
meeting on the second Friday of
each month.
It was moved by Gus Nau,
seconded by Aug. Dahme to
specify in the constitution and
by-laws, such scholars who are
allowed to join.
It was moved and seconded
that each individual member
should be appointed to solicit new
members. It was moved by J.
W. Hoff, seconded by R. W.
Eckhardt to call a special meet-
ing on the 23rd

for a banquet to be
