1860-Ci Mit JtIlf4 Submitted by Georgia Ogle The following names are those of customers who had regular accounts at the Mill Store at Trinity Mills in 1860-61. The list was compiled from the ledger for that year by Ella and Helen Duncan, great granddaughters of Wade Hampton Witt, one of the store owners. The names sound like a roll call of pioneer fami- lies in north Dallas County and south Denton and Collin counties. [The names were written in longhand and were sometimes very dif- ficult to read; therefore, some of them are probably misspelled.]
